Miguel discovered his passion for nature and mountains at a very young age, following his father´s great example. At the age of 15, he climbed his first 6,000 mountain, Cerro Las Tórtolas, and the following year the southernmost 6,000 mountain in the world, Marmolejo. The course of an outstanding career as a mountaineer started then, very early, and it is not surprising that he became one of the youngest members of the National Association of Mountain Guides.
Today, his many years of experience make him a safe leader for any expedition party, but he is loved by everyone due to his friendly and empathic nature. In addition, he has a special musical talent, and he always says: "People who go with me to the mountain may forget about my name, but I guarantee that the memory of my harmonica will stay with them forever."
